Before Credit Finalization: contributors retain the copyright they own in the original expression of their submitted story seed, synopsis, episode, or other contribution, subject to the operational rights granted to Novelhaus under the applicable terms.
Final Collaborative Work: under the standard Collaborative Program, copyright ownership and Distributable Revenue use the same contractual allocation:
Centralized copyright administration. Regardless of those ownership percentages, SAMCHEONGHAUS Inc. has the sole contractual authority to administer and commercially exercise the copyright in the Final Collaborative Work on behalf of the ownership group. This includes publication, distribution, sales, translation, adaptation, derivative works, licensing and sublicensing, rights administration, revenue collection, and other commercial exploitation. Individual contributors may not independently commercially exercise or license their ownership interest in the Final Collaborative Work without prior written authorization from SAMCHEONGHAUS Inc.
Scoring is not a deletion rule. Under the current standard workflow, qualification generally requires at least 5 valid community ratings and a final platform score of 3.5 out of 5.0 or higher. A submission with fewer than 5 valid ratings remains pending rather than failed. After the minimum rating count is met, a score below 3.5 does not qualify to advance or receive a qualified episode credit. Neither insufficient votes nor a low score causes automatic deletion. Removal or restriction may occur separately for matters such as plagiarism, unlawful content, rights violations, fraud, abuse, or a contributor's own withdrawal request.
Alternative for independent authors. A creator who prefers to keep 100% copyright ownership and independent control of their own manuscript may choose the separate Single Writer program, subject to the applicable Single Writer Agreement.
The detailed ownership, assignment, licensing, credit-finalization, withdrawal, and revenue rules are governed by the Collaborative Author Terms and Terms of Service.

Any registered or unregistered trademark rights are governed by applicable law. You may not use Novelhaus branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Novelhaus is completing launch-readiness work. The legal implementation of the 52/12/36 copyright-ownership structure, centralized copyright administration, electronic acceptance and assignment mechanics, contributor compensation, content moderation, privacy, payments, licensing, DMCA procedures, and dispute resolution may be refined following professional legal review.
Collaborative contributors must affirmatively accept the then-current Terms of Service and Collaborative Author Terms before submitting a contribution. Novelhaus may retain evidence of electronic acceptance and may require a second confirmation at Credit Finalization before publication or commercial licensing.
Creators who do not want the Collaborative Program's shared ownership and centralized rights-administration structure may choose the separate Single Writer program for their own manuscript.
